乌防长：美乌谈判富有成效 聚焦能源等关键问题
乌克兰国防部长乌梅罗夫说，在沙特阿拉伯举行的美乌谈判富有成效且重点突出。 法新社报道，乌克兰与美国官员在沙特阿拉伯首都利雅得的会谈于当地时间星期天（3月23日）深夜结束。率领乌克兰代表团的乌梅罗夫会后在社媒发文说：“讨论富有成效且重点突出——我们讨论了包括能源在内的关键问题。” 他也说：“总统泽连斯基的目标是为我们的国家和人民，乃至整个欧洲，争取公正、持久的和平。我们正在努力实现这个目标。” 乌梅罗夫此前表明，保护能源设施和关键基础设施的提案会列入谈判议程。 美国与俄罗斯官员定于星期一（24日）进行谈判…

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
